PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY AS IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING, IF APPLICABLE, YOUR RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION. THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, WITH LIMITED EXCEPTION, REQUIRES YOU TO SUBMIT DISPUTES AND CLAIMS YOU HAVE AGAINST TASKRABBIT TO BINDING AND FINAL ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. AND CANADIAN USERS, SECTION 28 CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT. PLEASE NOTE: SECTION 28, WHICH CONTAINS JURISDICTION-SPECIFIC PROVISIONS, SPECIFIES HOW USERS AND TASKRABBIT RESOLVE DISPUTES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND ABIDE BY ITS TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THE TASKRABBIT PLATFORM. The Privacy Policy and the Happiness Pledge for the country in which the Task is performed are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service and together form and are hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”. 
If any future changes to this Agreement are unacceptable to you or cause you to no longer be in compliance with this Agreement, you must deactivate your account, and immediately stop using the TaskRabbit Platform.
Your consent at registration and continued use of the TaskRabbit Platform constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to all of the terms and conditions in these Global Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the TaskRabbit Happiness Pledge ( the “Happiness Pledge” ) for the country in which the Task is performed, as well as any future amendments and additions to this Agreement (as defined below) we may publish from time to time.
You acknowledge that by using the TaskRabbit Platform you have reviewed the Privacy Policy. A copy of our Privacy Policy is available here. The use of all personal data you submit to the TaskRabbit Platform or which we collect about you is governed by our Global Privacy Policy ( “Privacy Policy” ). TaskRabbit’s websites (including, ,, ,, ,, and ) (the “Sites” ), mobile applications (the “Apps” ), and related services, information and communications are collectively referred to as the “TaskRabbit Platform.” ( “TaskRabbit” ) governing your use of the TaskRabbit Platform. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TaskRabbit, Inc.
